Automatic Renewal Notice – When you choose to pay by credit card, you are authorizing ASPHP to automatically charge your card for your membership each year.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure:
Your membership will renew automatically on May 1 (the day after your current term ends) and on each renewal date thereafter. The credit card you provide will be charged at the then-current membership rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time prior to renewal by emailing ASPHP Headquarters at info@asphp.org. Please note that refunds are not provided for partial membership periods.

Regular membership is $170 annually, expiring Apr 30th of the following year.
– Full year membership paid between Feb 1 and Oct 30: $170
– Half year membership paid between Nov 1 and Jan 31: $100

Student*/Retiree membership is $85 annually, expiring Apr 30th of the following year.
– Full year membership paid between Feb 1 and Oct 30: $85
– Half year membership paid between Nov 1 and Jan 31: $50
* Students must be currently enrolling at least half time. Send a copy of student ID and information of enrollment to info@asphp.org or fax to 724-935-1560. Member access will not be granted until the information is reviewed and approved.

Membership dues are non-refundable.
